Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by 206pub's system are binding. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Sports bets that are settled as "void" (for example, due to a match being cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window) will have the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 206pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
206pub reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of prohibited conduct, where identity verification cannot be completed, or where continuing to operate the account would put 206pub in breach of its regulatory obligations. When an account is closed by 206pub for reasons other than the player's own misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.
When an account is closed due to verified fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or failure to pass identity verification, 206pub reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided in full.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 206pub will notify the account holder by email within 48 hours of the suspension and will provide a reasonable timeframe for the player to respond. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit an appeal to 206pub support, which will be reviewed within five business days.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 206pub support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
All content on the 206pub platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and trade names — is the intellectual property of 206pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Your use of the 206pub platform does not grant you any right or licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from 206pub. Unauthorised reproduction of any 206pub content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 206pub's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
206pub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the 206pub platform, even if 206pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
206pub does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or circumstances beyond 206pub's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the service. 206pub will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance windows and will work to restore service as quickly as possible in unplanned outages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Data Privacy Act, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be severed from the rest of the Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable in full.
